Terms and conditions

By using the Plano service ("we", "service", "platform"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

1. Subscription and plans

Plano offers paid subscriptions for beauty specialists and studios. Current plans and features are published on the pricing page:

  • Specialist — $19/month or $150/year.
  • Specialist Premium — $14/month (includes the Specialist plan features).
  • Studio — from $19 to $150/month depending on team size: 1–2 — $19, 3–5 — $50, 6–8 — $70, 9–15 — $100, 16–20 — $150; 21+ — $150 + $10 per extra specialist.

2. Trial period

  • New users get 14 days of free access to the chosen plan.
  • During the trial all features of the plan are available.
  • You are charged only after the trial ends, if you subscribe.
  • The trial is granted once per user / organization.

3. Payment

  • Payment is processed via the WayForPay provider in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH).
  • The subscription is valid for 30 days from the payment date.
  • All prices include taxes required by Ukrainian law.
  • Payments are not recurring auto-charges: to continue access you renew the subscription manually.

4. Cancellation

  • You may stop using the service at any time.
  • Access to paid features is kept until the end of the paid period.
  • After the subscription ends, your profile is preserved but becomes inactive for new bookings via the service.

5. Refunds

  • If the service was unavailable due to our fault for more than 72 consecutive hours during a paid period, you may request a proportional refund.
  • Refunds for an unused subscription period at the user's discretion are not provided, since access was granted.
  • Send refund requests to our support email with the payment reference.

6. Booking commission

Plano does not take any commission from bookings or payments clients make to specialists or studios. You pay only the fixed subscription.

7. User obligations

  • Provide truthful information about yourself, services and prices.
  • Comply with Ukrainian law and third-party rights.
  • Do not use the service for spam, fraud or illegal services.
  • You are solely responsible for delivering services to your clients.

8. Suspension of access

We may suspend or terminate access to the service without a refund in case of violation of these Terms, the law or the rights of other users.

9. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page. Material changes are additionally announced by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect.

10. Privacy

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
